I'm an American who had never heard of Johnny O'Keefe before seeing this TV movie. I just happened to come across "Shout! The Story of Johnny O'Keefe" on an obscure TV channel. O'Keefe came across as one hell of an entertainer. I was extremely intrigued and entertained. I immediately wanted to purchase CDs of O'Keefe and listen to his songs. "The Story of Johnny O'Keefe" inspired me to learn more about his music. O'Keefe wrote and recorded Real Wild Child/Wild One! He's a true Rock N'Roll legend! I have a great deal of affection for "Shout! The Story of Johnny O'Keefe". Without this TV movie I may never have known about O'Keefe. It introduced me to the great musical career of J.'OK.
