Sex & Nudity

A woman goes topless. We see her breasts on full display. She has sex with Michael Caine in 2 different scenes; not very graphic.

Violence & Gore

The main character get his hand ripped off by a passing truck. This scene is EXTREMLEY bloody, and shows the hand flying in a mess of gore, as well as several shots of the man's stump gushing and squirting blood.

Other minor scenes of violence such as the hand strangling people, one of which shows some blood squirt on the window.

Profanity

Moderate, occasionally strong. At least 6 uses of the f-word.

A character gets drunk.

The whole film is intense. The opening hand-severing is bad. The rest of the film showing Michael Caine's descent into madness is quite spooky and disturbing.

A few jump scares as the hand attacks someone.
