Hey now, all I can say is it's amazing to finally see some much-ballyhooed movies that I've heard about for years and find out there isn't much to them. And this is one of them. I didn't realize it was a made-for-TV movie so that could account for the blandness. I wonder if this is the first movie appearance for Dennis Quaid? At any rate, this is not a stalk & slash movie like I thought, the subject matter is rape, and it's all very tastefully done, in other words, fun for the whole family and as interesting as watching paint dry. A young girl is being stalked by someone, with notes in her locker and such, and getting mysterious phone calls at home and then while she's babysitting, and she finally is caught by the perp and it's actually someone she knows. What she didn't know is what he intended to do. When all that is said & done, nobody really beleives her because of the status of the alleged perp, so she when she sees another girl get notes in her locker she sets out to catch the perp red-handed by using time lapse photography. All in all it's well done, I guess, but not at all what I expected and I found it to be quite disappointing. OK entertainment for a rainy day but nothing to treasure.
