Or something like that if you try to translate the Swedish title. The movie is suppose to be somewhat of a sarcastic irony over the Swedish criminal system, or really the public view of criminals and criminal systems in any country in the world. But even if you're not interested in these society tasks you should take the chance to see it anyway, because it's also a wonderful comedy with wonderful acting and wonderful costumes and scenography (just think for yourself; Sweden á lá 1975).I think this is the best movie made by Hasse å Tage (a wellknowned and successfull movie and revue couple in Sweden) It see worthy at least because of the actors; Gösta Ekman (he plays a prisoner governor who has his own little ways... he rules!) Mentionable among the rest of the cast are Lena Nyman, Tage Danielsson, Hasse Alfredsson, Ernst-Hugo Järegård (from 'Riget' aka 'The Kingdom'), Jan Malmsjö (from Bergman's 'Fanny & Alexander') and Margaretha Krook.I think you will find this movie rather different from other movies. But I'm almost convinced you'll like it... It is a great Swedish cult movie.
