Own the rights?
The characters discuss matters that they view as unacceptable (i.e. premarital sex and homosexuality) in rather discreet terms.
There is the occasional "for Christ's sake" and such.
There is both social and celebratory drinking. This is later characterized as drinking too much, but nobody had seemed all that tipsy.Two of the characters are smokers.
