Louis Jourdan lookalike Godzilla goes on the rampage, but not a lot, in another ropey instalment in the endless series of monster mashes. The nutty plot sees extraterrestrials intent on conquering Earth unleash a robotic version of Godzilla on the world, and of course much miniature destruction ensues. Like its stablemates, the movie is never as much fun as it should be, failing to arouse much interest despite all the aliens, robots, underground bases and battling creatures. The fights liven the film up a little, and there are some original touches that breathe a bit of life into the formula, but by and large this is tedious stuff.
