Sex & Nudity

There is a scene in which a man spends time with a tribal group, the tribal women's breasts are seen fully.

A guard tells a man to try and masturbate as little as possible.

There is also a homosexual confrontation, a man gropes inside another mans pants.

Violence & Gore

Many prisoners drop dead from exhaustion and are carried offscreen by guards and other workers.

A prisoner is slashed in the face with a knife and begins screaming loudly.

A man is caught by a booby trap impaling him with sight of bloody spikes sticking out of his body.

One man is rifle butted on his foot causing it to brake.

Profanity

There is a scene involving a leper colony, the lepers skin condition is rather gruesome and disturbing.
