This movie certainly isn't for everyone, but if you like very, VERY dark comedies, The Ruling Class won't disappoint. Have you seen Night of the Generals, also with Peter O'Toole? He plays a very similar character here--and nobody does insanity like Peter O'Toole. Absolutely brilliant.
