• Revealing mistakes: During the climactic rabbit rampage, poor film processing makes some of the rabbits look transparent.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: Before the rabbits stampede on the general store, a stagehand is visible in the background of one of the shots of the empty road. Since the road is a miniature set, this means that he looks about fifty feet tall.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: In Captain Billy's mining shack, a crew hand's boots are seen through a hole in the wall just before actor Chris Morrell walks by.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: In the crucial scene leading to the release of the infected rabbit, Amanda (Melanie Fullerton) switches the infected rabbit from the second cage from the left with the control rabbit in the third cage from the left. Moments later, when she gets permission to take a control rabbit for a pet, she bypasses the third cage where she put the infected rabbit and goes to the fourth cage from the left. The mistake is obvious because the third cage door swings open to the left, but the one she opened swings open to the right.
