Actor Clint Ritchie, who starred on the soap opera "One Life To Live" for two decades, died on Saturday at the age of 70. The actor, who played Clint Buchanan on the series from 1979 to 1998, suffered a heart attack in January and died just 10 hours after having a pacemaker implanted.

Ritchie, a veteran actor, also appeared in several TV westerns and movies such as "The St. Valentine's Day Massacre" and "Patton."

Frank Valentini, the executive producer of "One Life To Live" released a statement about actor's death saying, "We are deeply saddened by the death of our dear friend, Clint Ritchie. He will always have a special place in our hearts and One Life To Live's legacy."
