- Continuity: At the beginning of the movie, Billy Jack is carrying an MI Garand semi-auto rifle, which he puts in the flat bed of his Jeep pickup truck. A short while later, when he is confronting the bikers in town, he takes the rifle out of the Jeep and it is now a US Springfield bolt action rifle and remains so for the rest of the movie.
- Continuity: The brake lever on the right handle bar of Vicki's Yamaha sticks up at an angle at the beginning of the movie, and 30 minutes into the movie, it disappears. Later, it reappears and disappears again several times.
- Factual errors: When Vicki tries to escape after the biker shuts off the fuel valve, her motorcycle slows to a halt after the carburetors run empty. The sound of the motor slowing down to a stop is that of a 4 cycle engine. This bike had a 2 cycle motor, as did all Yamaha bikes in the '60s.
- Continuity: At the beginning of the scene at the Shorns' house, the LP record Jodell is looking at while talking to her mother changes from David Rose's 'The Stripper' into 'Music to Strip By' and then back again. These were both actual stripper-themed LPs released in the 1960s (perhaps suggesting Mrs. Shorn's previous occupation?)
