WAY thicker, actually. After a promising beginning involving a metronome, a swimming pool and two beautiful legs under a pink skirt (for a moment you hope this will be a 60s extravaganza in the vein of Diabolik), this clunker way quickly degenerates into boredom, presenting a main character, Bryan Cooper aka Super Dragon, who is as unappealing and dull as he can be, because he is a goody li'l two shoes that does everything by the book... YAWN! The fun of the best 60s spy movies is resistance to authority and strong, colorful characters whose motto is "There are three ways to do things: the right way, the wrong way and MY way". Well, Super Dragon's way is always the right way. Can't get more boring. Well, it can if your sidekick is a chubby "Q" wannabe who looks like Joe Don Baker.
Unfortunately you have to go through one hour of non-action to finally get to see some mildly interesting 60s set pieces in the villain's lair (which are nothing to write home about anyway), and a mask ball scene filled with Kato masks, but nothing of that is really worth waiting.
At least the girls are pretty enough, and one of them is the gorgeous Marisa Mell (Diabolik), but, oh, those eyelashes! You could asphalt four New York streets with all the eyelashes mask used in this movie! And I guess that back in the sixties kissing meant pushing each other's lips...
Er... I don't want to be picky, but can you actually put a guy in water and electro-shock him THAT long without frying him?
4/10. For being from the 60s.
