I didn’t experience the phenomenon of Elvira until much later than most. Her horror movie package wasn’t aired in the area where I lived and it wasn’t until she started making the rounds of some of the national programs that I had a chance to sample her charms and humor. I always found her to be funny and sexy, a couple of attributes that I find irresistible, but never really saw the work that first brought her to fame.

So when an Elvira’S Movie MacAbre Double Feature arrived in my mailbox, I was intrigued to say the least. The two movies contained were Legacy Of Blood and The Devil’S Wedding Night and each offers you the opportunity to see the movie uninterrupted, or with Elvira’s cut ins intact. These were obviously packaged to give you the feel of watching an actual telecast, just without the commercials. »

On Saturday I had one of the funniest nights of my entire life. I went to see a film called The Room at The Prince Charles Cinema in London’s West End. The Prince Charles will always be a special place for me and thousands of people in and around London. It happens to be one of the few remaining indie cinemas in the world and a damn great place to watch films. Any cinema that can name Quentin Tarantino as a fan must be doing something right.

Anyway back to this wonderful film that I went to see. I have always loved to watch films that fall in the category
