Not as much fun as "Doctor of Doom", but still an enjoyable bit of Mexican schlock, 2 September 2007
5/10
Author: TimothyFarrell from Worcester, MA

"Wrestling Women vs. the Aztec Mummy" isn't as much fun as the first wrestling woman film, "Doctor of Doom" (which is second only to "Night of the Bloody Apes" as my favorite bit of south of the border camp). Still, its very enjoyable if you're a die-hard cult film fan. I mean it has wrestling women, a Fu Manchu-like villain, gadgets, fist fights, an Aztec mummy, bad dubbing and even worse special effects, what more could you ask for from a film? Coherency? Get out of here! "Wrestling Women vs. the Aztec Mummy" is schlock fun, plain and simple. Surprisingly enough, not all of the Mexican horror films are this goofy ("Black Pit of Dr. M" in particular is an effective Bava-style ghost story). However, this takes the tops for cheese. (5/10)
