I Eat Your Skin (1964)

A playboy writer goes to Voodoo Island to try and write his new story when he meets a doctor using snake venom trying to find a cure for cancer. The writer gets a good idea for that story with the locals start turning people into zombies. This film was originally released as Zombies but it set on the shelf for six years until producer Jerry Gross bought it and retitled it I Eat Your Skin so he could use it as a double bill with his I Drink Your Blood. No matter what the title is this is a pretty bad film. There's some funny moments due to the bad acting and the look of the zombies are nice but everything else is rather dull.
