The contribution of my father should be mentioned, 20 June 2006
7/10
Author: bob-2528 from United Kingdom

Having spotted this web site I thought it would be only fair to mention the (largely hidden) contribution of my father John Norris.

John worked for a small specialist sports and racing car company called Thomson & Taylor based in Woking, UK. He was asked to drive the racing car in the film.

I remember him telling me that Ava Gardiner was terrified of the scenes where he drove them in the car on the cliff top and he told me exactly how proficient she was in her command of expletives! If there are any fans of the film who would like photos of the various scenes and work in progress of the film you can contact via the site.
