In the wake of New Moon 's success, CBS Films has responded with a teaser trailer for their "Twilight"-esque spin on "Beauty and the Beast": Beastly . You can watch the 20-second spot below. Based on the novel by Alex Finn, this take finds Alex Pettyfer getting hit with a whammy of a curse (put upon him by Mary-Kate Olsen) that turns him into a creature. Ah, but Vanessa Hudgens sees the man lurking inside the heart of this thing and falls for him. Daniel Barnz adapted the material for the big screen.
