Actually I feel twice sorry for Mickey. Well one is for the criticisms against poor Mickey. And 2 is what happened to him here! While playing baseball, Mickey gets into an accident which leads him to a hospital. Spanky, Buckwheat, and Froggy visit poor Mickey in the hospital. Mickey got presents from the man who accidentally struck him with his car and Mickey calls him swell. The learns that every boy in the same room had been hit by cars. Right before leaving, Froggy drinks something that was meant for Mickey. The drink makes Froggy feel sleepy. Spanky announces a safety meeting at the clubhouse while Froggy is totally sleepy. Everyone at the club takes an oath to be safe. Since then, every kid from the club has been playing it safe. Not a bad short. What's a little entertainment without a little lesson? I personally give this short 10 out of 10.
