Ashley starred as Gretl on Broadway in The Sound of Music at the age of 6. She continued on Broadway in Les Miserable and in Annie Get Your Gun as Nellie Oakley. She has recorded numerous CDs. She can be heard on The Girl Scout CD, American Girls CD and Broadway Kids CD along with others. She was chosen in a national search of over 10,000 girls for the role of Shirley Temple in a Disney movie.

She was chosen to perform on the new Broadway Kids CD "Hey Mr. DJ" Pop Album.

Siblings: older sister Jennifer, older brother Michael and 2 younger brothers Jordan Orr (who is also an actor) & Tyler.
