Has tattoos of an Indian chief and an Aztec sun god. However, the Nazi Swastika tattoo that shows up with his role on HBO's "OZ" was only make-up.

As a child, he lived in Queens, New York with his divorced mother and three older sisters. He was a popular child model in advertising, in part because of his bright red hair.
