Warner Bros has released more behind the scenes interviews with the cast of Harry Potter which will be featured on the upcoming Ultimate Collectors Edition DVD of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. In this segment Rupert Grint is interviewed from the set of Deathly Hallows along with his co-star Emma Watson. They also reveal exclusive behind the scenes footage of the young cast between takes on the Sorcerer's Stone set and an adorable rare interview of a young Rupert discussing how he got the part of Ron Weasley! The week of DVD special features previews continues! Today, fans are being treated to an almost two minute clip with Chris Columbus (director), Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson speaking about the casting process for the first film and what it was like auditioning. This clip is part of a larger feature included in the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone: Ultimate Edition DVD set. Footage used in the clip features old interviews with Rupert from the first film and also a present day interview from the set of Deathly Hallows ! Watch it here via Warner Brother's site. In a new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD featurette entitled " The Pitfalls of Teenage Love" , Rupert Grint and his co-stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Jessie Cave are spilling the beans on the relationships that have driven their characters forward (and driven them insane, as well!) The roughly 4 minute video is an iTunes exclusive available in their video podcast section . It is also available on YouTube . I'm sure you don't need a reminder, but just in case.. Hbp is out on DVD on December 7 in the UK and December 8 in the Us! Continuing the DVD count-down Warner Bros has now released a new behind the scenes feature from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince! This includes new interviews with Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Jessie Cave and David Heyman. What we get is a glimpse into the romances between the characters highlighting Ron and Lavender's kiss again and many behind the scenes sequences of the movie and on the set. Rupert also takes the time to mention Hermione's jealousy and how this film sets it up for the next one. The clip is available on iTunes, but for those who don't want to go through the hassle view it now via youtube! »

Vampires definitely don’t suck.

“True Blood” and “Twilight” were the top nominees for the People’s Choice Awards. Fans cast more than 18 million votes online to select the nominees and will also choose the winners in 35 categories.

“Twilight” is up for Favorite Movie, Franchise and On-Screen Team for its trio of stars: Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. Stewart and Pattinson were also nominated individually for Favorite Movie Actress and Actor, and Lautner is up for Breakout Movie Actor.

The HBO phenomenon, “True Blood” was nominated for Favorite TV Obsession and Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show; star Anna Paquin also garnered a nod for TV Drama Actress.

Queen Latifah will host the awards on CBS on Jan. 6, 2010.

List of 36th People's Choice Awards Nominees in Movie

The nominations for the 36th People's Choice Awards have been announced on Tuesday, November 10. Based on the announcement, it is revealed that vampire drama film "Twilight" and drama comedy "The Proposal" lead the pack of the nominees in movie categories with six nods each.

The two movies are among the contenders in Favorite Movie and Franchise categories. Moreover, "Twilight" and "The Proposal" lead actors, Robert Pattinson and Ryan Reynolds, share Favorite Actor nod. Kristen Stewart and Sandra Bullock, meanwhile, are up against for Favorite Actress gong. Both movie stars are also among the contenders in On-Screen Team category.

Additionally, "Twilight" has aided Taylor Lautner, the depicter of werewolf Jacob Black, to receive a count for Breakout Movie Actor. Meanwhile, Reynolds' performance in "The Proposal" has put him among the nominees in Comedic Star category.

Taylor Swift Collects Three People's Choice Awards Nominations

The nominees for the 36th Annual People's Choice Awards has been unveiled Tuesday, November 10, and country singer Taylor Swift has received three nominations. The "You Belong with Me" hitmaker thus leads the pack in the music field, collecting more nods than fellow singers Carrie Underwood, Beyonce Knowles and Lady GaGa.

Through the announcement made at the Sls Hotel in Beverly Hills, it is uncovered that 19-year-old Swift will be competing against last year's favorite Underwood in two categories, Favorite Female Artist, for which she will be up against Beyonce as well, and Favorite Country Artist. She, moreover, vies for Favorite Pop Artist and is in competition with GaGa, Britney Spears, Katy Perry and Black Eyed Peas for the title.

Twilight & True Blood Set To Rule People's Choice Awards

Vampires are set to rule the upcoming People's Choice Awards - with blockbuster fantasy film franchise Twilight and blood-sucking U.S. TV series True Blood leading the nominations.

The public cast more than 18 million votes online to select the nominees for next year's ceremony, and will also choose the winners in 35 categories.

The Twilight Saga will compete against Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Star Trek in the favourite movie and favourite film franchise categories.

Stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner have earned nods for best on-screen team, joining fellow nominees Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince), Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds (The Proposal), Shia Labeouf and Megan Fox (Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen) and Hugh Jackman, Liev Schreiber, Ryan Reynolds, will.i.am, Dominic Monaghan and Daniel Henney (X-Men Origins: Wolverine).

Pattinson and Stewart were also nominated individually for favourite movie actress and actor, and will face-off against A-listers Brad Pitt, Hugh Jackman, Johnny Depp, Ryan Reynolds, Anne Hathaway, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock in their respective categories.

Lautner is also up for breakout movie actor alongside Chris Pine, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Sam Worthington and Zachary Quinto.

Meanwhile, True Blood was nominated for favourite TV obsession and favourite sci-fi/fantasy TV show, where it will battle for the title against The Vampire Diaries, Heroes, Lost and Supernatural.

The show's star Anna Paquin will fight it out with Blake Lively, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Katherine Heigl and Mariska Hargitay for favourite TV drama actress - while Hugh Laurie, Kiefer Sutherland, Mark Harmon, Matthew Fox and Patrick Dempsey compete for the title of favourite TV drama actor.

Musically, newcomers Adam Lambert, Demi Lovato, Kris Allen, Lady Gaga and reality TV star Susan Boyle will battle for favourite breakout music artist.

Eminem, Jason Mraz, John Mayer, Keith Urban and Tim McGraw will go head-to-head for the favourite male artist accolade, while their female counterparts include: Beyonce, Britney Spears, Carrie Underwood, Pink and Taylor Swift.

According to Spoonfed.co.uk, Rupert Grint has been confirmed to attend the Variety Club’s 57th Annual Showbiz Awards 2009 this weekend in London. The Awards will be a live broadcast on Five, and the ceremony is held to celebrate the world of showbiz and to raise the awareness Variety Club's work to provide transport and facilities for disabled children. Previous stars honoured include Jude Law, Keira Knightley and Michael Caine. We are awaiting confirmation from Rupert’s team on this. On another note, Rupert’s film Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has won at the BBC’s Switch Awards in the category Favourite Flick of 2009! Warner Bros. has just launched a countdown for the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD release on their Official Facebook page. The first clip featured is a Quidditch scene with our own Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley. We get an entire two minutes of Ron so check it out via facebook here! And remember that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released on DVD, Blu-Ray, and Digital Download on December 8th!
