Suffered health problems when her silicone breast implants leaked. After having them removed in 1993, she sued the manufacturer and her surgeon for damages.

Named after family friend and fellow Corpus Christi native, Farrah Fawcett.

Gave birth to twin sons, Chuck and Wit Forke, 31 December 2005.

Entered acting with a role in a Texas production of the musical, "The Rocky Horror Show". After moving to New York City, she studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute.

Attended the Hockaday School, an all-girls private school in Dallas. She also spend a year at North Side Middle School while living in Elkhart, Indiana.
