Producer Sally Dundas started her film career at the National Film Board of Canada and after a number of years as a freelancer she joined Imax Corporation (Imax) in 1983. Her IMAX® credits include Skyward, nominated for Best Short Documentary at the 1986 Genie Awards by the Academy of Canadian Cinema, A Freedom to Move and Heart Land. She co-produced three innovative films for EXPO 90 in Osaka, Japan: the first IMAX 3D Dome film Echoes of the Sun (1990), the IMAX® 3D film, The Last Buffalo (1990) and Flowers In The Sky, the first IMAX Magic Carpet® production. Dundas then produced Mountain Gorilla (1992), the first Imax Natural History Film Unit production and winner of the 1992 Genesis Award for most Outstanding Film Documentary. Dundas also produced _Fires Of Kuwait (1992)_ which was nominated for an Academy Award® in the Feature Documentary category in 1993.
