Amos 'n' Andy: Anatomy of a Controversy (1983) -- The CBS series is taken off the air in 1953 because of protests from civil rights groups; host George Kirby.
"The Jeffersons" (1975): Season 4: Episode 15 -- George appears to be up to no good, and Weezy is curious as all get out. When George makes a hand delivery to a dingy Harlem apartment, Weezy tails him, only to find that the grumpiest laundry owner in the world is filled with the Christmas spirit.
"The Jeffersons" (1975): Season 1: Episode 8 -- Romance is in the air. Or maybe that's mutual disgust. In any event, old Mother Jefferson has found herself a man, and the two are planning on marriage. George isn't too happy about the arrangement and lacks the tact to keep that thought to himself.
