Jason Carter is best known for his role as dashing Ranger Marcus Cole on the series "Babylon 5" (1994) but had been appearing on stage in his native England since he was a child before America came calling in the form of his wife Susie Singer Carter, an actress he met on location while filming in South Africa. Jason is a fixture at sci-fi conventions all over the world, where he is known to command plenty of attention with his hyperactive wit. In his spare time, he writes poetry.

He opted instead for three years at L.A.M.D.A. (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). His first television role was on BBC2's "Jackanory" (1965) in 'Hawkwing'.
